View Drive-InsThe Goochland Drive-In Theater in Hadensville is about 25 miles west and the closer option. Founded in 2009, it has two screens including The Grove, which features in-ground speakers and lawn seating. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Farther out, the Fork Union Drive-In is roughly 60 miles west in rural Fluvanna County. Originally opened in 1953, it closed in 2013 and is set to reopen in spring 2026 with a new screen and digital projector. Both theaters run seasonally and broadcast sound on FM radio.
