New Jersey has one drive-in theater, the Delsea Drive-In in Vineland in the southern part of the state.
View All Drive-InsThe Delsea sits on South Delsea Drive and originally opened in 1949. It has two screens and shows first-run double features seasonally with sound on FM radio. Vineland is in Cumberland County, about 40 miles south of Philadelphia and 40 miles northwest of Atlantic City.
New Jersey's high land values and dense development have pushed out most of the state's former drive-ins. The Delsea is the sole survivor, and it's the only drive-in option for the entire state plus the Philadelphia suburbs on the New Jersey side.
