The Delsea originally opened in 1949 on South Delsea Drive and has been running as a twin-screen theater for decades. It shows first-run double features seasonally with sound on FM radio and digital projection. The drive from Atlantic City takes roughly 50 minutes via the Black Horse Pike or Route 40. While it's not right around the corner, the Delsea is the closest outdoor movie option for anyone on the Jersey Shore south of the Raritan Bay area. It's a well-established theater that has outlasted every other drive-in in the state.
