New Hampshire has two open drive-in theaters, both in the southern half of the state. A third, the Weirs Drive-In near Laconia, permanently closed in 2024.
View All Drive-InsThe Milford Twin Drive-In on Elm Street in Milford is about 15 miles west of Nashua. Family-owned since 1958, it has two screens and fits 350 cars. The season runs April through October, with sound on 89.9 and 91.1 FM.
The Northfield Drive-In sits on the New Hampshire-Massachusetts state line in Hinsdale. Built in 1948 with the projection booth in NH and the screen spanning the border, it has a single screen and fits 500 cars. Open May through September with sound on FM radio.
The Weirs Drive-In on Endicott Street in Laconia near Weirs Beach operated for over 70 years before the owner retired in 2024. The 12-acre property was listed for sale.
